Operator

AasaanShare is operated in New Zealand by Ashish Ansurkar. In these terms, "AasaanShare", "we", and "us" refer to Ashish Ansurkar operating the AasaanShare service.

Beta access

AasaanShare is an early product. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed while we learn from the closed beta. Do not rely on the beta as your only copy of important photos or videos.

Your content and people

You choose what to share and who can access it. Only share content you have the right to share, and do not use AasaanShare for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or privacy-invasive activity. You are responsible for the invitation links and devices you authorize.

Temporary hosting

You retain ownership of your content. You authorize AasaanShare and its service providers to upload, store, create previews and thumbnails from, and deliver the media you select only as needed to operate your albums. Album media is intended to be temporary and is not a backup; keep your own copy of anything important. Expiry prevents new authorized access but does not guarantee immediate deletion from storage.

Availability and downloads

An album becomes available after its media has finished uploading and may remain available while the owner's device is offline. Expiry or revocation prevents new authorized access, although short-lived delivery caches may take a brief time to clear. Revocation cannot erase files someone has already downloaded, copied, or captured.

Feedback

We may use feedback you provide to improve AasaanShare without obligation. Please do not send private media, invitation links, sign-in links, passwords, or device credentials in feedback.
